Please note that we may change the Terms of Use at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Site will be deemed to be your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

User categories

Users: A user is a person with an employee or employer account on IP/Training.

Visitor: A visitor is a person who visits the website or follows training via an access code without creating an employee or employer account on IP/Training.

User Registration (Creating an Account)

A user with an IP/Formation account (User or Company) will have access to the purchase of training, follow their training linked to their account, manage the training purchased and track the status of visitors or users using the access codes that this one purchased.

The user guarantees that the information he provides for his IP/Formation account is true and accurate. The user undertakes to keep this information up to date, whether by modifying it himself or by contacting us to change certain information (mainly the first and last name which requires verification and validation on our part).

The user is responsible for his account and any action taken from the IP/Formation account. All information related to your account (Email, password, first name, address, etc.) provided will be treated confidentially.

The user must protect his password and not disclose it or transfer it to third parties. If there is any doubt about the security of a compromised password, the user agrees to take immediate steps to change their password, where possible. Intervention Prevention inc. reserves the right to block or cancel any account if it discovers that an account is compromised and will take action to notify the account owner.

Our employees do not have access to your password and cannot change it for you. The employee can only help you reset your password by telling you the procedure to follow.

The user agrees to log out of their account at the end of each session. The user is responsible for any misuse of his password or any unauthorized access to it.
